October 11, 2013

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services (CTI) announces Timothy J. Schroeder, Chief Executive Officer, will participate in a panel discussion at the 2013 Stem Cell Meeting on the Mesa, taking place October 14-16, 2013 in La Jolla, California. The meeting brings together members of the scientific research community and those in the regenerative medicine industry to foster partnerships and highlight progress in the field, both clinically and commercially. CTI is a proud sponsor of the meeting and a supporting member of the Alliance for Regenerative Medicine.

“Our participation and sponsorship of this meeting demonstrates CTI’s commitment to the stem cell and regenerative medicine fields, which will revolutionize the treatment of many diseases in the coming years,” according to Mr. Schroeder. “CTI has worked on over 30 projects in the last three years in these areas.”

Mr. Schroeder will join other thought leaders in the panel discussion ‘Understanding & Demonstrating Commercial Viability’. Mr. Schroeder explains, “It is important to understand what is needed for commercial viability from an early stage. Having an experienced team in place, including trial managers and regulatory personnel, will help studies continually move forward to the commercialization stage.”

Mr. Schroeder founded CTI fifteen years ago, and is internationally recognized in the field of transplantation, regenerative medicine, nephrology, and special patient populations, including pediatrics. During his more than 30 years in clinical, academic, and industry experience, he has authored more than 200 peer reviewed publications and has presented more than 300 papers at national and international conferences. He has also served as a visiting lecturer on more than 200 occasions.
