CTI Clinical Trial & Consulting Services President to Present at BioOhio Women in Bioscience Workshop

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services (CTI), a global, privately held, full-service contract research organization, will present at the BioOhio Women in Bioscience Workshop taking place September 22, 2016. CTI’s president and co-founder, Lynn Fallon, will speak as part of the panel discussion “Personal Branding and Leadership Strengths”.
“I am very excited to be a part of this workshop for women in the industry and to learn about some of the ground-breaking work currently going on in the bioscience field,” according to Fallon. “The conference is a great opportunity for the women present to learn from each other, hear strategies for success, and reflect on what’s been done by women in the industry.”
Fallon has over 30 years of clinical, academic, and industry experience. Since joining CTI, Lynn has helped to lead the development and expansion of the company, including having responsibility for all aspects of the Consulting, Medical Affairs, and Health Economics and Outcomes Research departments. Prior to CTI, Lynn held positions at both Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and Fujisawa Healthcare, and she held clinical positions at Albert Einstein Medical Center, including serving as transplant coordinator and clinician for the transplant program. Lynn is currently a board member for multiple corporate and non-profit organizations. Lynn received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of the State of New York.

The Women in Bioscience Workshop will focus on practical concepts to advance women in the bioscience industry, in both scientific and non-scientific roles. In addition to excellent networking opportunities, these events will feature speakers discussing career paths, mentoring, networking, communication & negotiation strategies, as well as conflict management techniques. The September 22nd workshop will be presented in partnership with Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Ohio Chapter and hosted by BioOhio Member NEOMED with support from The REDIzone.
